Anne Marie Miklos
VP OrthoSyncAnne-Marie Miklos is a Co-Founder of OrthoSYNC with more than a decade of experience working alongside orthodontic practices and helping teams improve their operations through technology.
Her orthodontic career began at a Northern California orthodontic practice, where she spent six years helping the organization grow from 2 locations to 10 locations.
In 2020, Anne-Marie transitioned to the software side of the industry, where she has worked directly with orthodontic practices to implement new technology, improve workflows, and train teams.
Today, she brings that experience to OrthoSYNC, helping practices implement technology that simplifies operations, improves efficiency, strengthens financial performance, and supports long-term growth.
Anne-Marie believes technology should work for orthodontic teams—not create more work for them—and is passionate about building long-term partnerships that help practices stay in sync with the evolving needs of orthodontics.
Madeleine Mousseau
Customer Relations, Onboarding and Support ManagerWith a strong foundation in the medical field, I’m passionate about helping practices feel confident and supported as they grow with OrthoSync. Outside of work, I’m an animal lover through and through — my dog Wren is usually right by my side — and my heart is at home on the water or exploring new places. When I’m not helping practices streamline their workflows, I’m probably out on the lake, planning my next adventure, or hunting down the best sushi I can find. If there’s salmon involved, I’m already there.
Megan Bazner
Insurance Verification and Ortho Collections LeadMegan is a Michigan native who brings a strong combination of organization, attention to detail, and dedication to her role as RCM Lead. She works closely with practices to help keep the revenue cycle running smoothly, from insurance verification and claims follow-up to payment posting and account management.
Known for her dependable and approachable personality, Megan enjoys helping offices resolve billing challenges and making the financial side of the practice easier to manage. She takes pride in supporting both the RCM team and the practices they serve while helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
When she’s not working, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends and embracing everything that comes with being a Michigan girl.
Shannon
Patient Collections and RCM LeadShannon has been a valued member of the OrthoSYNC team for nearly two years, serving as our RCM Lead and Patient Account Management Specialist. She combines her background in customer service, medical scheduling, and billing with a thoughtful, patient-focused approach to help orthodontic practices manage accounts and efficiently follow up on outstanding balances.
Having grown up in the dental field—her father owns a general dentistry practice in Northern California—Shannon has a natural understanding of both the patient experience and the unique needs of dental practices.
Known for being efficient, effective, and kind. Shannon works closely with our clients to strengthen their revenue cycle while helping practices maintain positive relationships with their patients.
Priya
RCM ManagerPriya is a Virginia native who brings strong leadership, organization, and a passion for helping practices succeed in her role as RCM Manager. She oversees the RCM team and works closely with practices to ensure insurance verification, claims, payment posting, follow-ups, and overall revenue cycle operations run smoothly.
With a hands-on and solution-focused approach, Priya is committed to keeping the team organized, resolving billing challenges, and helping practices improve collections and financial performance. She takes pride in building strong relationships with both her team and the offices they support.
When she’s not working, Priya enjoys spending time with family and proudly calls Virginia home.
Raley Montana
Onboarding Specialist and Customer Support LeadI’m Raley Montana — a country singer, songwriter, storyteller, and Onboarding Specialist at OrthoSync and OrthoVoIP. By day, I help orthodontic practices get set up for success, making technology and communication feel a little simpler and helping every client feel like a priority. By night, I’m chasing my country music dream — writing songs, performing, and turning real-life experiences into stories one lyric at a time.
Whether I’m behind the scenes or behind a mic, it’s all about creating connection, making things run smoother, and leaving things better than I found them.
